In the event of cancellation, reimbursement will be calculated as a percentage of the total cost of all lessons booked, as follows:

• Cancellation more than 21 days prior to the commencement of the first lesson: 95% refund.

• Cancellation 15 – 21 days prior to the commencement of the first lesson: 50% refund.

• Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the commencement of the first lesson: No refund - but always check with your Alex, as he might be able to offer you flexibility.
